STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET

I took my cat yesterday to groom there (at 10am) when they open. I was told I will be called 2-3 hrs later to pick Scrooge up. The call never came, and I did read some very negative reviews about this place on other websites...now...
