If I could give this place a ZERO I would. They over book dogs & do not have enough groomers. They kept my 2 labradoodles for 7 hours. When I called at hour 6 they stated 1 dog was just about to be groomed. That means he was in the crate for nearly 6 HOURS!?? That is unacceptable. When I spoke to the manager to tell her how upset I was she was defensive, argumentative, evasive & unconcerned. She actually said that if we wanted our dogs sooner we needed to tell them!!?? The service here has gone down hill over the last year, the grooming has gotten worse & this is the last straw. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! They will keep it in the crate for hours.
