Diyanni=Can't be trusted
Purchased a home from them in 2007 and have nothing but troubles. Garage floor crack and was told they would repair and nothing done. Going to cost me and my husband thousands to replace. The Diyanni's make promises they can not keep. I would not recommend them to anyone. They talk the talk but don't produce the results.

DiYanni = Wonderful!!
As a younger couple looking to buy our first home, we were pleasantly surprised at how kind and patient everyone at DiYanni was with us. They helped guide us through the build of our first house. Our experience was so wonderful, we decided to have them build our second (and final) home on our dream lot 2 years later. Everyone with Diyanni made the entire process pleasant and enjoyable. We highly reccommend them to all in the market for a new, high quality home, with very fair prices.
