Very good independent jeweler, just be specific about what you want

I have used Isis for four things: 1) engraving my husbands titanium wedding ring 2) repairing and cleaning an antique cameo 3) engraving a silver Christmas ornament 4) restringing a pearl necklace.

Overall I give them 4 stars, the only negative is when they restrung the pearls they counted how many pearls to take out (near the clasp they were damaged), rather than what the final length would be. Unfortunately, they strung the pearls tighter (closer together) than they had previously been strung so instead of a short necklace I have a choker which I am very unlikely to wear. They did a good job with the restringing, but now I can't really wear them.

Other than that they have done a great job:
- Some jewelers don't want to hassle with titanium, but they did a very nice job on the ring
- The cameo was delicate and precious to me and it turned out wonderfully! They cleaned it (which is desperately needed), removed a pin that had been poorly added, and put on a new bale. Simply lovel

Gems and Jewels

I went to Isis with an antique watch that needed to be cleaned and repaired as it stopped running. Within a week's time, they had cleaned it and had repaired it almost as good as new. I have since brought jewelry to Isis again for repairs, and they always do quality work.

PROS: reasonable and reliable repairs
