Atrocious cancellation policy/poor customer service

My wife signed up for a ONE YEAR contract and as she explained to me she was obligated for one year and the contract was for one year. She could cancel with a 60 day notice but would have to pay a penalty if cancelled within the year....

Mediocre Club

The Eastside club cancels popular classes without warning, so beware! Spinning is no longer a class- it was usualy full....Cardio Fusion- great cardio class was next- in March always full)...According to the manager, they were putting it...
