I've been going to D'Clase since 2005! Personally recommended her to over 50 associates who loved my hair. The owner Rosanna Clase could care less about her clients! She gossips about everyone's personal life like she's perfect! She personally told me that she will open up her salon on a Sunday if the client is paying her more than $500 and she's so called Jehovah Witness. Therefore if you are a regular weekly client that come in for a wash n set, treatment, blow out she could care less cause you are the 40 dollar customer. In addition I've noticed that she takes care of her A list clients($200 or more) who's getting highlights, etc before the wash n set appointment. She does a good job but she's hypocritical. She even opened a so called boutique next to the salon in 2009 and was close by sept 2009. Overpriced goods from ChinaTown! Fake UGGS, Gucci..lol..u name it! She doesn't call you to inform you that she will be close even if you schedule an appointment for the following day. The most time I spent in there was 12 hrs waiting on her to blow me out! This is ridiculous!!! By the way, her mother or herself doesn't make perms. Alter Ego or Salerm. She tells you that cause she wants you to believe she's a know it all chemist who isn't honest about the store brought products!! All her personal hair assistants licensed or unlicensed leaves within one year of employment. She went through 12 in the past year! I was a loyal customer who was willing to give her my hard earned money but she doesn't appreciate of the value of good customer!!
