STEER CLEAR no rating lower than 1 star

i took off work 2 times and they did not show up for my appointment. the guy that came out wired a new thermostat backwards and when i got home at the end of the day it was 108 degrees in my house, my heater had ran all day in the middle...

BAD BAD BAD

I had Jason come out to fix a problem with the A/C that they had installed. Charged me $250.00 for warranty work and then I did not use the a/c for two weeks. Turned on and no cold air. When I asked for an explanation to the charges...
