BEWARE OF THIS FACILITY!! I took my son their to have oral surgery and it cost me $2000!! They were NOT upfront at all about what the cost of the surgery would be beforehand. I talked to the billing office several times before the surgery to discuss what the cost would be. I have insurance but it isn't great and considers my son getting fillings an elective procedure. I made sure I asked several times if the $1150 I was paying to use their facility was the entire cost. Then a few weeks after the surgery I receive a call from the anesthesiologist informing me I owe them an additional $500! When I called Creekside to ask them why no one told me that it was an additional charge they were rude and unhelpful. I would NOT use this facility!!
