Cockroaches. Contacted management about it a few times and they sent people to spray. Every time, within two days the roaches were back. Finally bought some raid myself and sprayed cracks in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. I was unpleasantly met by an onslaught of large roaches crawling out of the walls. I couldn't eat in my own apartment from disgust. Thankfully moving out within the month.

Absolutely antiquated office and communications. Difficult to get answers. No way to communicate via e-mail. You have to snail-mail non-emergency repair requests.
