I would advise that you avoid engaging in any business with Costa Construction.
My condo association had a terrible time dealing with them after a "New construction" sale. They've proven to be less than diligent in adhering to city construction codes and they cut basic structural needs in favor of interiors to mask.
If you are in a position where you have a need or you've been contracted to use them have a second contractor and an independent inspector review the work.
