Terrible experience--bordering on fraudulent! After I paid $80 for my friend and me to attend a cooking class, CWTBC canceled the class twice. The second time, I received absolutely no notice of the cancellation. When I requested my money back rather than be forced to wait for the next class (and risk another cancellation from this unreliable company), I was told no reimbursements would be made, citing policy. In the same conversation, the owner of this company yelled at me to "shut up while I explain." Apparently, it's Cooking with the Best Chef's policy that they can twice cancel a class, once without notification, and STILL keep their customer's money, forcing them to reinvest the funds in the next class offered. I went through Better Business Bureau to request my money back, and Bill ignored that as well. All I can do is encourage prospective clients to run like hell if you want to avoid a similar nightmarish experience. I'm still out $80.
