If I were able to give this company a -5 stars, that would be my rating. If you want your loved one to be left by themselves late at night by their drives then fell free to choose this company. Once I tried to contact them to see what the situation was. I was lied to by an employee that pretended to be the manager. They said that was the last day for transportation for my father. Which I was unaware of, we were never notified about that. He was left at the dialysis client all by himself. He was worried and scared, he has dementia and speaks a little English. Thankfully a nice nurse made sure to contact me to pick him up. This company needs to start taking their jobs seriously.
