In Arizona you have hundreds of A/C guys to choose from...and you never know if the one you choose is honest. My looking has finally come to an end. Collins came to my house on Saturday night and was able to get us cooling right away. The technician showed me what the problem was and even gave me some suggestions of what I can do to prevent future problems. I was do happy with this experience I shared this company's name with a few of my neighbors. I appreciated their honesty and I didn't feel like I was being pressured to buy something I didn't need. Their website was great and very informative. Thanks again Collins for helping me to see there are honest A/C company's out there. Mike
