These are nice apartments that are definatly comparable to price with other apartments in the area. I was considering moving here but they were a little to far from work along with other transportation factors. However, the managment was very nice and helpful and I thought the premises were very clean. There is a nice park that is really close so if you have a pet or child it would be convienent to go to the park that is near here.

Nice Apartments
College Park Apartments are really nice. They are in a great area (just down the street from Kiwanis Park) and the apartments themselves are quite spacious and quiet. The kitchens are a little small, but are workable. They do not have washer and dryer hookups in the apartments, but there are nice laundromats located throughout the complex.
