Unprofessional is an understatement for club Nocturnal dealing with some 1 like sheldon you will have a bad experience because he not articulate and professional at all. His representation for Nocturnal is below standards. For booking hopefully you can deal directly with the owner or manager.

I planned a sweet 16th for My daughter in the private space downstairs at club Nocutrnal for 11-13-2010. 6 MONTHS in advance. paid a deposit and made all arrangments. The week before the event I happened to go by to make sure all repairs that were confirmed the week before had been done. Happened to bump into the owner who had no knowledge of MY event and informed me that there was another event planned for both floors on the same day overlapping my party. While he did make a valiant attempt to get the repairs done- Stacy- the event planner/club staff who I had been making arrangments with for 6 MONTHS asked me the WEEK before my event if I could change the date. Obviously that was not going to work. On the day of the event I had to come to club Nocturnal and arrange chairs at 3:30 for a party that was suppose to start at 6:30 because NOTHING by way of decorating had been done. I planned an engagement party for my best frd & we selected club nocturnal @ 1623 flatbush ave the manager sheldon helped us he stated our date n time was avail i signed papers gave him a deposit n left, the wk b4 the event me & my frd went to finalize everything to only find out we have been double booked, they lacked remorse we had sent out over 200 invitations bought everything for the party & not even a phone call was made to us....so if you want a special day in your life to be ruined please go to CLUB NOCTURNAL
