So Citi keeps moving my account from location to another. I can even go into Citi anymore to talk to them because the location is so far away. Then when I call to try to work with them. I get know where. The people who work at this location are rude and not understanding. Don't ever let them take your payment out of your account. They will not stop after you request them too. Over all I would never get a loan from them agine.
