Dr. Carroll has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology for over twenty years in the western suburbs of Chicago. He is currently on staff at Central DuPage Hospital and Delnor Community Hospital. Dr. Carroll is a member of the American Medical Association, Illinois State Medical Society, and DuPage County Medical Society.

Dr. Carroll is pleased to announce Amy Burgess, CNM, APN has joined his office. As an Advanced Practice Nurse, Amy will be seeing patients in our our Carol Stream office, providing compassionate, individualized primary care to women of all ages.

The medical and administrative staff at our three offices is patient-oriented and willing to go out of their way to help you in a professional caring manner. Dr. Carroll assures his patients will find a friendly, family-like atmosphere.

Dr. John T. Carroll is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. He is always available to help you with your medical needs. Our office staff will be happy to assist you in making an appointment that fits your schedule. We have three locations to accommodate our patients’ needs. Dr. Carroll accepts most insurance plans and Medicare. We recommend checking with your plan to make sure we are in your network.

Gynecologic: Preventative and General Gynecologic Care, Treatment of Abnormal Bleeding, Treatment of Abnormal Pap Smears, Colposcopy (in office), LEEP (in office), Premenopausal & Menopausal Counseling & Treatment, Preconception Counseling, Infertility Treatment, Endometrial Ablation, Laparoscopic Surgery, Hysterectomy (Vaginal & Abdominal).
