Bought 2007 dodge caravan in jan 2011 (25000mi) had to take it in 4x to fix door. took it to dealership near me (burbank is an hr away) they found my breaks need replacing. called Olivia in service dept and she had them replaced (31000mi) then jan 2012 (38000mi) tire pressure low so brought it to mt view tire locally and they told me tires bald and front breaks10%. called carmax had to talk to service manager JOSEPH and he basically said he could only do a price adjustment about 40-50.00 difference. (my gas to and from would be that) oh and my battery is no good either i have had to jump my car 3x since jul 2011 so I brought that to their attention too. IS THIS NORMAL? Called corporate and Esha talked with Joseph via messages and he did a "review" and JOSEPH called me and basically said the same thing only a price adj. Very disappointing when i asked to at least change my front breaks since in jun 2011 they replaced my rear breaks and I would do the tires and battery he said NO. will never buy or take in my car there. i don't recommend them at all.
