In July, I suffered a torn Achilles Tendon followed by surgery, with months of recovery. I had just moved back to the area, and couldn't drive or walk without crutches. In addition, my back and neck have bothered me since a bad car crash 20 years ago. I knew that once I found a chiropractor locally, it would take some time to feel much relief. I researched chiropractors in the area and was impressed with Cape Henry Chiropractic and Dr. Thoma and what they had to offer. I have been to other practices in the past, but have been ecstatic with the results at Cape Henry. I finally feel almost immediate relief from pain, from all areas! My foot has improved dramatically in only 4 treatments with better range of motion and healing in the affected area. My back and neck have improved as well, with the return of energy I thought wasn't possible. If I feel this good after 1 week, I can't imagine how good I'll feel in a month!!
