Chuck (the owner) seems to know a lot about roofs. The product he put on is asthetically very nice, but not sure about how it will hold up. The biggest problem is getting a hold of the guy and actually getting him out to work on things. They took 6 months to put on our roof (over a winter). I have had two leaks in the first two years that he attributed to extraordinary snows. Have tried to get him out to look at the roof for last two months, he assures me he will come over to work on it and even gives me an estimate, but never shows up. That has been his pattern for the last year or more. I know he said he was out of business as of last year because of the downturn in the economy, but he plans to start up again someday and is still doing some maintenance work. As of last month I could still reach him, but now his phone is disconnected. At this point I would not get involved with him simply because when you need him, he cannot be counted on. I will continue to try to get a hold of him. If he turns up, I'll update my review.
