Quality control is maintained through weekly inspection reports that are left onsite for the facility manager. Every employee speaks English, is a US citizen, is bonded, and has undergone a full background check for your protection. Dedicated, well maintained equipment is left onsite at each facility, eliminating the possibility of cross contamination.

A major recent advancement for larger facilities is Team Cleaning, accomplished by using several people, each with a specialized task. Most teams consist of at least one of the following: a trasher, responsible for trash removal and relining receptacles, a duster, responsible for general cleaning tasks and dusting, a floor person, responsible for vacuuming and maintenance of hard floors, and a restroom specialist, responsible for all aspects of restroom sanitation and restocking of supplies. The restroom specialist is generally also the team leader and is responsible for checking the work of the other team members and securing the facility.

Other recent advances include environmentally friendly peroxide based "green" chemicals, backpack vacuums, and zero emissions propane powered floor care equipment.
