I have been a client of the Branna Agency for years. I have had nothing but positive experiences.. I appreciate an agency that makes me feel as if I am their only cleint. Over the years I have been made to feel like family. I have car, homeowners and life insurance with the Branna agency. Within the last five years I have had three kids become driving age and of course they are all now insured with the Branna Agency also. I can't say enough about them. Angela B.

They were OK - at first

I had a good experience with them up until the time that I was adding my son to my auto insurance policy. They directed me to a policy way more expensive than what was needed, without offering any alternative when I asked. Needless to say, I moved on and have been very happy ever since.
