Very caring...

Having dealt with several doctors in other states for my endometriosis and after a few very painful surgeries; a part of me was ready to give up on treatment and just deal with the pain day in and day out until I came across Dr. Sarma....I haven't felt this great about a doctor ever. I've had surgeries that made me feel worse for months/years after but her last treatment has really improved the way I feel and I thank my lucky stars I found her. She has a great bedside manor and she's explains everything and made it a point to always call me back when I had questions rather than the nurses in the office which really made me feel like she had an active interest in my health.

I will be seeing her for a long time!!

Sarma Usha MD is a good doctor to go to for procedures.

I came to Dr. Usha at Boston Obstetrics and Gynecology because I needed to get a biopsy for an abnormal pap smear. This, of course, is a very scary experience because you go in thinking there is something wrong and possibly cancerous. The procedure was very painful because the doctor had to go in and extract some skin cells. This left me bleeding a little and in extreme pain for an entire day, but this is a part of the procedure. After this, Dr. Usha went over what the superficial view of the skin cells was and what that meant in terms of possible health consequences. She made sure to tell me in laymen's terms and made me feel a little more comfortable about the situation. The procedure was a little expensive, but I would recommend her. I would make sure to go in with all the questions you have listed so you make sure you understand the entire situation since Dr. Usha is good at answering your concerns.
