Bob came right out for me was real nice, ordered part, charged $125.00 for the part and labor, said the gas stove top was fixed per the gas company report. And he gave a 90 day guarantee. It did not fix the problem, so I tried calling back stating I was meeting the gas company out at the house once more and could he find some time to come on the same day, never got a call back, callled several times that day and after the gas company came out one more time, my sister called and he answered the call.
Was suppose to meet him at the house at 9am and he never showed, and has not called even though I have called him several times since.
DO NOT USE HIM IF YOU WANT TO BE SURE HE IS GOING TO STAND BY THE 90 DAY GUARANTEE
