Good food but terrible service

I can only sum up my visit in two words: terrible service! Our waiter only came to our table three times during our two hour stay. The food my friends got were mediocre while mine was excellent. Too bad I couldn't take some of it home with me since our waiter threw it away after telling him TWICE that I wanted it boxed! The manager was called over and offered me a dessert on the house. I don't know how a pecan pie can replace the roasted pork shank I ordered and got thrown away. I will never come back here ever again.

Gilmatica

My buddy Gil is a bartender and slings some good drinks. The food is very good and I would recomend the Crisfield Stew. Again my wife likes the Salmon. Service is good and the atmosphere is nice. Need to try the half price bottle of wine..sounds like a good time

Very Upsetting

Visiting from out of state, I called to ask if they had a game playing on their TV. The front desk stated that she thought she did. I told her that I would be walking from my hotel and wanted to be sure, so I asked if she could double check. She rudely stated, yes hold on. When she came back on the phone 10 seconds later, she said she confirmed and they will have it. I walk to the location and find out they do not have it, nor do they have the NFL ticket, so they are unable to get it. Because of this incompetence, I passed on a ride from a business partner to a location that did have it as I was lucky to avoid a taxi home because this location was supposedly airing it. I never got to the point where I could spend money on this location and missed the game as well as walked a good distance in the heat for nothing. I stormed out and cursed their existence in my hotel room for the rest of the evenng. DON'T GO HERE!

Good

Food is very similar to the Pub, but has more tourists than locals. Dress is very casual and the food very good. I recommend the crab cakes and fries. The place gets very busy in the summer especially at lunch time
