Theft by swindle
Prior to deploying to Iraq in 2005 for an 18th month deployment I paid $500.00 to Jacqueline Bilek to write a resume for me. Before departing she told me she couldn't complete the task she was hired to do. She complained of personal issues.
Trying to be empathetic, I asked her for what she had completed. I received a sloppy, incomplete resume, and in frustration told her to keep $250.00 and sign an agreement to send me $250.00 while I was deployed.
Five years later and she has made no effort to repay her debt. Do not do business with this vendor unless you want to be swindled.
She has no problem demanding payment up front while not fulfilling her obligation. Thanks for supporting our troops.
