How do you stay in business?

What a pity to have such a beautiful store but who on earth is the person in charge? You wouldn't accept my $20.00 bill for a $3.95 card because you weren't allowed to do so? If you need change, there's a bank next door! Must be nice not to need the business. I'll not frequent this store again and will give my business elsewhere.
