Hi, I am Lee Berchtold and I am the founder and owner of Berchtold Builders. I could certainly bore you with our teams 65+ years of combined experience in the building and construction industry. Or our credentials and certifications which are good and very important. But let’s face it, you expect us to come to the playing field with all those qualities as that is simply competitive parity. No, we want to talk about you. Because in reality the building experience is all about you. Your desires, wants and dreams! We want to simply be part of your team. We will treat you as a best friend and give you solid facts, information and answers just as we would a family member. Because at the end of helping you build your dream home or commercial business we want you to consider us a friend and not keep us a secret.

I started building with my father and grandfather over 40 years ago in the Pa. area and these great men taught me not only the trade but more importantly to listen to the customer and always give more than expected. My grandfather use to say always under promise and over perform and your customers will always know what to expect.
