these are the most insensitive and most incompetent group of people you can deal with....they act as if they are doing the tenants a favor; which in fact is the other way around we are doing them a favor paying our rent on time hence...

Very unprofessional. Avoid renting from them at all costs.

I've seen plenty of reviews giving a plethora of reasons to avoid dealing with Barker Realty. Not only can I confirm that renting from them is a bad idea, but I can also see why one would avoid them as a property owner.
