Terrible company. As the other review states, David Rowley is simply a liar. Takes money and never turns up to do the job. Constant excuses (if you can get hold of him). I ended up kicking him off the job and losing money. The only advice I can give is to avoid this company at all costs.

DO NOT USE THEM! I contracted Ablerow Construction to do the external insulation on my property. It was estimated that the work would be finished in 3 weeks. I paid my deposit. The work was started late. After 1-2 days the work was stopped and has not resumed at the expected date. Mr David Rowley finds excuses not to turn up on the site. This has been going on for over three months now. We re-negotiated the final deadline to be the end of November against a further deposit (apparently for the materials). There have been 2 short visits since then and the project is still at its initial stage. With only four days left it is now impossible for Mr Rowley to meet the agreed deadline. Ablerow Construction is not a trading company as it seized to exist back in 2009. Mr Rowley does not live at the indicated address (West Boynings, 37 Altwood Road, Maidenhead, Berks SL6 4PB). This property is now for sale. Rowley is not responding to my calls or emails. I am now considering taking legal action against Mr David Rowley.
