poorly managed

There is always dirt in the pool, the carpets have dirt and trash on them for days and the equipment in never cleaned. The staff is unfriendly and uncaring with one of them quoted as considering the best member as the one "who does not...

Has gone downhill a lot!

I've been a member of this club for a long time.

It is so sad to see how far it has slipped.

The current owner only seems interested in competing on price.

Equipment is poorly maintained and repairs take forever.
