Not trustworthy. Does not do what they say!
Took a PC in, told them the problem. They took weeks, did not solve the issue did not find the parts, not customer focused and overall wasted alot of time.

Honestly terrible in nearly every aspect.
How can I say this computer repair center is terrible? Here's what happened, I contacted their services around May 24th of 2011 asking if they had a 15" Mac Book Pro screen with model # and age of Mac Book since the parts change by year...Worldwide > United States > Orland Park, IL > IT Services & Computers
