Araya--- my serene escape
I reside in Chicago's Gold Coast and travel to the area on business quite often and was not about to give up my addiction to spoil myself and my body. I asked around for the best spa in the area and Araya's name kept on popping up. I gave them a shot and i must say Araya definitely stands behind its reputation. Given the fact that my job takes me globally, i am fortunate to experience many spas around the world, and by far Araya is right up there at the top of my list. The experience is amazing from start to finish. From the smiling,kind and sweet receptionist, to the knowledgeable and experienced estheticians or message therapist, depending who i go to. The staff is always pleasant and informative. I have had almost every service in that spa, from facials,to microdermabration, to glycollic peels and even a hot stone message. each and every time has been an amazing experience. Araya Rebirth Corp is one of a kind spa experience
I have been a client of Araya for several years. Upon each visit I get the most professional and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this establishment. Daniela Musano (owner) is up on the latest products, treatments and all around wellness options spas should offer. When you walk into her studio, a tranquil feeling takes over and you are confident you are in good hands!

Araya Rebirth Corp is losing its steam
I've been a loyal client since 2002 when it was in the old location. Lately, though I have had problems booking an appointment on their very popular Waxing Wednesdays. More oftentimes than not, they don't call back to help me book the appointment and they don't seem to appreciate my loyalty over the years. I literally had to threaten to go to another salon before the receptionist was able to magically make an opening appear. I would think that loyalty would make you a VIP, but not here.

Very Disappointed
I did not have a good experience....the 30 minute facial does not include a steam and extraction and I was not told this when I booked the appt....more time spent trying to sell me product and when I agreed to the product suggested, the prices were not disclosed until I was giving my receipt to sign, which really upset me. I got home very angry tha tmy face was all bumping and really needed a good cleaning, paying 55.00 for a rub of cream is not a FACIAL. The massage was the worst massage I have ever had from them or anywhere....the technician was rough, would move me my feet in a very uncomfortable manner and seem to be bothered by me and was really rude....I wanted to leave but stuck it out hoping it would improve, but it just got worse! I will never go back there ever again. I am very angry that I wasted my money and time, and will share my bad experience to others.

Excellent!!!!
Amazing, my skin looks and feels amazing. No more razor bumps and ingrown hairs from shaving!!! The massages are incredible, the girls are super friendly and nice and the location/space is beautiful, relaxing and comfortable.

Outstanding
I have had many treatments at Araya Rebirth and they have all been excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable - they treat you as if you've been a friend for years! The environment is amazingly tranquil and relaxing. Araya is a wonderful place to experience and be pampered. I highly recommend Araya to anyone who wishes to feel rejuvenated and relaxed!

The Araya Rebirth is a spa located currently on Maple Avenue in Ridgewood, N--they will shortly be moving to a new location in Ridgewood (10 Garber Square) so if you plan to visit after September, this will be their new address.
Inside, you will discover an oasis that will relax you and invigorate you for the world outside. The tranquil space has a meditative quality with its use of cool colors and rock fountains. It is a roomy and inviting use of space.
Customers visit Araya Rebirth for massage therapy, makeup application, ear candling, skin treatments, henna design, and wax treatments. They offer bridal makeup application that interested me when I was getting married. The trial was only $40.00 which seemed a steal in the Ridgewood area.
