Apple Bites
It's thoroughly unimpressive when you wait on the big day for a new iPhone 4, get through the line, and then have a problem because the swap-and-upgrade to make a gift of an older iPhone cannot be done because at&t is, frankly, too stupid to have realized that not every customer will be able to walk in with all the phones on their account in hand, or might not want them immediately activated.
You know, because maybe having been able to gift-wrap the phone in a box to be presented over a pleasant dinner would have been preferable. But no, when you buy Apple, you do it the Jobs way, because you definitely don't know better than Apple how to be classy.
To be fair, Apple pointed fingers at at&t's procedures and at&t blamed the iPhone for requiring an updated SIM module, one couldn't just take the existing old SIM and pop it into the 3GS, and they claimed some other stupid issues as to why there weren't other alternatives. A good place to browse only.
As a Macintosh user and lover, I love browsing the Apple Store. However, as far a shopping at the Apple store: beware. Their prices are too high and their customer service is poor. I get better of both online where I do all my computer related shopping.

Great store
I'm happy to see an Apple store in the mall. It's quite impressive with its setup. You can preview anything--computers, digital cameras, games, etc. It's a fun place to visit, and it's been a great place to buy Mac stuff. The staff are always friendly. The only thing I would change is to make it bigger. It's a pretty small shop, and they could do so much more.
