Same Day Service Not Available

How can a dry cleaner state same day service and then tell customers the clothes would not be ready for 48 hours and then not care if a customers say they would not utilize the business again

What to do?

I thought that I found a nice place for my garments, however I put a trench coat in and it was returned without the belts and then they tried to say maybe I didn't bring it. Then I got me son to depart with his Nike coat and I got it back...
