very disappointed!
We were told that they would send someone out the next day and we would receive a call with a time window. The call never came that day or the next so we had to call someone else. They are not reliable and we would definitely not recommend this company!

absolute rip-off
Demanded up-front payment, once they showed up. Then additional payment of $100 to diagnose problem. Then, to add insult to this injury, their diagnosis: we don't see anything wrong! Couldn't get money back, so when i called to complain, manager was just as rude (actually worse). it takes a lot to get me to write these types of reviews, but they are absolutely criminal!

We were very Impressed!
We had heating, AC, thermostat, chimney liner, hot water heater and humidifier all replaced. Everyone we dealt with was A-1. The phone people, repair people and installers were very pleasant, professional and neat.

Great Service Great People
I highly recommend this company. I had problems with my heat during a blizzard on a Saturday night. My usual plumber did not have a heat specialist on duty and couldn't help me until Monday morning. I found American Specialty in the Yellow pages and they were unbelievable. They couldn't come out that night but promised to get to me the next morning. Sure enough at 8am they pulled up with the blizzard going full blast. Within a very short time he had us up and running. Prices are very reasonable and they are the cleanest workers I have ever seen. They are the only service we now use for all our plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs. If you want great service look no further.
