The absolute worst!
The amount of damage done was to my possessions was immense. Broken doors, dented refrigerator, cracked entertainment center. The list of damaged items is two pages long. And the items missing....worse! 20-25 DVD's from different boxes-not one missing box, but different boxes. My fathers Lionel train. My genuine Star Trek communicator. Area rugs, paper shredder, gun parts, 5 boxes of clothes. At least 6 boxes were opened and searched. And their insurance??? Pennies on the dollar. The state should shut them down.

Bait and switch!
Here’s a summary in case you don’t want to read through the following detailed account of our experience with these masters of fraud: We were overcharged, given the run around, shaken down for gratuity, boxed out of knowing where our stuff was, and basically held at the mercy of the fact that they had our belongings hostage. Regardless of what their salesman says, this company does NOT care about its clients, and has NO qualms with baiting and switching honest people who are just looking for a solid service they can trust.
Having read some other reviews across the internet, it seems that our experience echoes a number of others. We were planning our first long-distance move, and were looking to work with a local company. All Towns & Country Moving, Inc. is a Nightmare!
A Nightmare!!
My stuff just arrived today, 2 weeks late!!! And, the owner, Andy called me last night at 9pm CT, screaming and yelling at me to be paid in cash. Fraud! And, he hung up on me and said you will never see your stuff. l spent my day with my bank and on the phone with the local police. This Company is horrible, I would not even call them a Company. Do not use them! Save yourself a nightmare.

All Towns & Country Moving, Inc. is bad beyond comprehension.
Horror, horror, horror. Mike Munoz, the salesperson is a fuc*in predator. Nicole, a customer service rep is a despicable person, who in discussion about how disheartening this move was for my elderly parents told me that she hated her dead parents and neither respected or admired ANYONE.
When I assured her that the BBB would get a full report on our horrid experience, she said, Go ahead, it will do you no good, YOU KNOW WHY, because we pay them and they listen to us - not to you!
Andy was slightly better, even though he flat out lied to me innumerable times, he did adjust the 100% increase in the cost from the estimate price.
These people have no values, no integrity.
The bait is Mike; he sells you everything and assures you he is looking out for you. When things start to unravel he becomes totally unavailable and you ARE NOT ALLOWED to speak to him. most wonderful
i hired this company to complete my move from ny to california and it was the best moving experience i have had compared to the last 6 with different companies. i have read may reports about all towns some are just a negative as the ones posted here, however i found many more excellent reviews about them. what i have noticed with these reviews is that the customer seems to have the attitudes that the customer is always right. please beaware that this saying doesn't go as far as it used to. you have many customers who purposely take advantage of that saying. how many people say in their reviews there price changed??? all of them. why should your price stay the same?? i'll tell you why it shouldn't; #1 how many times did you hear the word ESTIMATE???? now define that word....thank you. a guess, an idea of cost is what estimate means when we are talking money. items are weighed and not everyone has the same amount of stuff. especially ikea furniture it doesnt weigh a thing, but it

PATHETICALLY HORRIBLE
First, I can't believe I have to give them any stars at all. Do they even have negative stars??
When you first call, they act they like care and tell you of course your stuff will get to you when you like. WHAT A CROCK OF S**T. They are so incompetent. My stuff didn't arrive to me until 9 days later, and was told IT TECHNICALLY ISN'T LATE UNTIL AFTER 21 DAYS. You can never get a straight answer. They are constantly passing the buck as to whose fault it is. They will scam you, giving you one quote, and when they pick up the stuff, the quote doubles.... They wouldn't know how to run an honest business if it bit them on the A@@. DO NOT give these people your business. It's a shame that in this day and age there are companies that can lie, cheat, rip people off, not give a crock, treat your belongings like garbage and still get away with it.
Oh and the movers themselves can't even read. We had boxes marked FRAGILE in big black marker with arrows showing how the boxes should go up right and they packed them upside down.... I had to continue telling the movers, that box says FRAGILE it should NOT be on the bottom or upside down.
ALL IN ALL THEY STINK SO BAD, I HOPE NO ONE HAS TO GO THROUGH WHAT WE WENT THROUGH.
