Larry was GREAT!!! HORRIBLE Customer Service!!! I have never been treated so poorly in my life, my car got a ticket for double parking-$115, the office staff were rude, lazy and mean. They had to call the mechanic up to "deal with" me because I wanted to pay my 2 different bills with 2 different cards because the credit cards get charged a percentage each time they are run, but then it will be the same percentage on two different cards, if that is the case it will be pretty close to the same amount that is simple math, it seemed the least they could do after the ticket. If you are working in customer service you have to deal with customers, Get over yourself. Will not recommend and actually want to tell everyone prepare to be treated like sh....
