I stored a vehicle for Alan Roth a Bendit Weinstock attorney at law firm partner as per there request while they were trying the case, when it came time for payment they stiffed my wife and I. We sent bills for months as per there request now their answer is we did not win the case.They offered about 20% of the total bill.That was not the deal if they lost the case we would not get paid or have to take any discounts. When my wife and I used them for business or personal matters we had to pay the full amount ,and we did pay all our bills with Bendit Weinstock firm of NJ. When it comes to trusting Roger Desiderio and Alan Roth,s word from the firm ,my opinion they are not very honest, and when I call or my wife sends invoices they are no where to be found,their secretary tried to help us recently and now she will not take our calls.I would Think twice before using or recommending Alan Roth ,Roger Desiderio from the firm of BENDIT WEINSTOCK WEST ORANGE NJ.973-736-9800
