In defense to the company. This employee wanted extra hours as a live in caregiver to pay her bills. She was only working 3-4 days a week (alternated)and was paid overtime for these hours which included room and board. She was on call at night and had incontinence changes to perform but was allowed to sleep during these hours when assistance was not needed and was paid for these hours. She did not admit until the day she quit these were too many hours. She was making well above standard for the position and was given typical caregiver duties following AZ DHS regulations. She was never yelled at about anything. All caregivers are informed if they are not following their job description in a professional manner. Some caregivers can be sensitive about needs of improvement and take it personally. This is a disgruntle employee that walked off in the middle of her shift on New Years Day after receiving an early raise and Christmas Bonus for another job. The owners come in on a regular basis to manage and make sure employees are performing their duties. Also the owners are an Occupational Therapist and Pharmacist with a zero deficiency record with the AZ DHS as of this date.

THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE

these people that run this group home make the staff stay up all night to watch the residents, and overwork you for little pay...they yell at you like you dont know what youre doing. THEY JUST MICRO MANAGE YOU TO LITERALLY RUN THEIR GROUP...
